How long before I receive my coffee?

We ship everything USPS Priority Mail, it would usually take a day or two. If you place your order Saturday after 1:00 pm, It will go out with Monday's shipments.

How can I maximize the freshness of my coffee?

If you have a coffee grinder at home, we recommend that you order whole beans and grind them as fresh as you can to preserve it's freshness.

What kind of grind should I get?

The grind size that you should order depends on the method of extraction that you will be using to make your coffee at home, most of our customers buy the (Medium "Machine Drip / Syphon") if they have a common home brewer.

How should my coffee be stored?

Your coffee should be kept in it's original packaging because there is a degassing valve built into the bag. The valve allows it to degas without taking in oxygen that could potentially ruin your coffee. Additionally, the bag is lined with an aluminum layer that prevents UV rays getting to your coffee. Please DON'T store your coffee in the refrigerator.
